Service is subject to a technical coverage check for the installation address. An enquiry or payment does not itself confirm that service can be installed.

Speeds, prices, included features and installation charges are subject to the current package and service terms for your area. Confirm the details with AS DOT NETWORK before ordering.
3. Acceptable use
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and using the connection lawfully. Do not resell or share a connection in a way that breaches the agreed service terms.
4. Support and interruptions
Network work, equipment faults, power interruptions and other events may temporarily affect service. Contact support if an interruption continues.
5. Payments
Use only a payment channel confirmed by AS DOT NETWORK. Retain transaction receipts and contact support if a payment is not reflected in your account.
